STANDARD SHIPPING - PartsVu may, at its sole discretion, select the best shipping method for your item when standard shipping is selected. In stock items leave our warehouses the same day, and special order items often ship in 3-5 days. In some cases, a product may have superseded, or no longer be available - especially in the case of older applications. If your item is no longer available or has significantly changed, PartsVu's customer service team will contact you about your purchase.

TIRES, OVERSIZED & OVERWEIGHT ITEMS - Oversized and heavy packages may be held for additional shipping charges. If this happens, you will be contacted by a PartsVu Customer Service representative. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - Hazardous materials must be shipped ground and cannot be expedited. Hazardous materials are prohibited in international mail and cannot be sent outside of the contiguous 48 United States. The most common products include aerosols, anti-freeze, asbestos, fertilizers, motor oil, paint, paint supplies, oil/lubricants, batteries, photo chemicals, poisons, and solvents.
HI, AK, PR, & U.S. TERRITORIES -Our free shipping policy applies to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the USVI, and any other U.S. territory. For oversized packages and packages considered heavy, additional shipping charges may be applied and you will be contacted by a PartsVu Customer Service representative after your order has been placed. Some areas of Alaska and Hawaii may incur a remote area surcharge based on zip code. A PartsVu customer service representative will contact you if additional funds are required. These funds will be based off of the actual shipping cost to your area.

SHORT ITEMS - In some cases, products may ship from multiple different warehouses to reach you in the shortest possible time. Please check your shipment tracking information to confirm tracking for all packages if you order appears incomplete. If you are missing an item you purchased from your shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will expedite shipment of any shorted items as soon as possible upon notification and confirmation by our customer service team.
DAMAGED GOODS - If you have received a damaged package, please photograph the package prior to opening OR reject the package with the carrier. If you have already opened the package and found damaged merchandise, please photograph the packaging and damaged item, and contact our Customer Service Department. In most cases, it is imperative that you save the original packaging. Loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the assigned carrier, but we will be happy to assist with any claims.
RETURNS - Returns or exchanges will be accepted on un-opened goods within 30 days of the original purchase. Un-opened means in original packaging, complete with all original manuals, instructions, tags, and labels. There is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise returns. Clothing and apparel exchanges for size only are not subject to any restocking fees, but a return goods authorization is still required and returned items must be in like-new resalable condition. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization for all returns or exchanges.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS - No returns will be accepted on any electrical items. Due to the sensitivity of modern electronics, all electronics and electrical sales are final. If you have questions about fit prior to ordering, please contact our Customer Service Department prior to purchasing and we are happy to help.

SHIPPING - If a product was shipped in error by PartsVu, return shipping is our responsibility and a return shipping label will be sent by us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, return shipping costs shall be born by the customer. We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier and insuring your shipment for its full replacement value.
